PrintsBoost values every global customer. We comply with international consumer protection standards including the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and region-specific regulations like the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Defective Items

  • Products received with manufacturing defects, physical damage, or material inconsistency with product descriptions.

  • Required: Submit clear photo/video evidence within 14 days of delivery.

  • Solution: Full refund (including shipping costs) or free replacement.

1.2 Non-Defective Returns

  • Change of mind, size/color mismatch, or non-defective issues.

  • Conditions:

    • Return request within 30 days of delivery (extended to 14 days for EU customers).

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Refund Amount: Product price only. Return shipping fees are customer's responsibility unless the return results from our error.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized/personalized products (e.g., made-to-order goods).

  • Unless defective.

3. International Returns Process

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Contact our support team at services@printsboost.com with:

  • Order number

  • Detailed reason + evidence (for defective claims)

  • Preferred solution (refund/replacement)

Step 2: Return Authorization & Shipping

  • We will email a Prepaid Return Label for defective items or errors on our side.

  • For non-defective returns: Provide your local carrier tracking number.

  • Important: Use protective packaging. Unsecured returns causing damage will be rejected.

Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Refunds issued via original payment method within 5 business days after warehouse confirmation.

  • Note: Cross-border refunds may take 10-15 business days to reflect in your account due to bank processing.

4. Regional Compliance Highlights

  • EU Customers: Your statutory 14-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU is fully respected.

  • US Customers: We adhere to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail Order Rule for shipment delays.

  • Global Protection: Disputes may be escalated to ICCPAN (International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network) certified mediators. 

5. Special Cases

  • Lost/Damaged Shipments: File a claim within 30 days. We will resend or refund after carrier investigation.

  • Currency Fluctuations: Refunds are based on the order's original transaction currency.
