PrintsBoost values every global customer. We comply with international consumer protection standards including the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and region-specific regulations like the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Products received with manufacturing defects, physical damage, or material inconsistency with product descriptions.
Required: Submit clear photo/video evidence within 14 days of delivery.
Solution: Full refund (including shipping costs) or free replacement.
Change of mind, size/color mismatch, or non-defective issues.
Conditions:
Return request within 30 days of delivery (extended to 14 days for EU customers).
Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached.
Refund Amount: Product price only. Return shipping fees are customer's responsibility unless the return results from our error.
Customized/personalized products (e.g., made-to-order goods).

We will email a Prepaid Return Label for defective items or errors on our side.
For non-defective returns: Provide your local carrier tracking number.
Important: Use protective packaging. Unsecured returns causing damage will be rejected.
Refunds issued via original payment method within 5 business days after warehouse confirmation.
Note: Cross-border refunds may take 10-15 business days to reflect in your account due to bank processing.
EU Customers: Your statutory 14-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU is fully respected.
US Customers: We adhere to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail Order Rule for shipment delays.
Global Protection: Disputes may be escalated to ICCPAN (International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network) certified mediators.
Lost/Damaged Shipments: File a claim within 30 days. We will resend or refund after carrier investigation.
Currency Fluctuations: Refunds are based on the order's original transaction currency.
