1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from services@printsboost.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS") and our Privacy Policy, which incorporates by reference:

• GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679)

• CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)

• PCI DSS standards for payment security

2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 16 years old (13 years old for non-GDPR jurisdictions) to place orders.

3. International Orders & Customs
3.1 All cross-border shipments comply with:

• INCOTERMS 2020 (Delivery obligations)

• UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG)
  3.2 Customers are responsible for import duties under WTO Valuation Agreement guidelines.

4. Payment Processing

5.2 Data processing activities under EU-US DPF/SCCs frameworks
5.3 Right to erasure requests: Submit to services@printsboost.com within 30 days

6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 EU/UK customers: 14-day withdrawal right under Consumer Rights Directive
6.2 US customers: 30-day return policy compliant with FTC Cooling-Off Rule

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 DMCA compliance: Copyright infringement notices to [Designated Agent Email]
7.2 Counterfeit goods prohibited under EU Regulation 608/2013

8. Liability Limitations
Total liability capped at order value under UCC § 2-719.
